If you aren’t totally satisfied with your SymplBrush, no problem. The SymplBrush can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase. Please email us at hello@symplbrush.com.au with your name and order/invoice number to set up the return of your Starter Kit for a full refund.
All sales are final for replacement bristles, SymplPaste and SymplChews.
For purchases made through a third party retailer (i.e. at another store or website), please reach out to that retailer directly for returns, exchanges, or any other customer service issues.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
SymplBrush provides a limited 12 month warranty on all toothbrushes purchased on our website,
no registration is required. In the event something mechanically malfunctions with your device, we will make it right. Our SymplBrush limited warranty does not cover damage caused by
accident, misuse, abuse, lost or stolen, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund
was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment
method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

let you know your order is on the way!
