If you aren’t totally satisfied with your SymplBrush, no problem. The SymplBrush can be returned for any reason within the first 60 days of purchase. You just need to pay return shipping.

Please email us at returns@symplbrush.com.au with your name and order/invoice number to set up the return of your Starter Kit for a full refund. If you wish to change the size of the brush, please email us to get the ball rolling. All sales are final for replacement bristles and SymplChews due to hygiene. 

For purchases made through a third party retailer (i.e. at another store or website), please reach out to that seller directly for returns, exchanges, or any other customer service issues. 

Items must be returned to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take 5 to 10 business days for the payment to reach you in some circumstances, please contact your financial institution for further assistance.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
