FREE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using Australia Post regular shipping. All orders
include free shipping.

ARRIVED DAMAGED

Orders are sent using the Australia Post network, which comes with parcel tracking. Any orders that arrived damaged must be reported to us immediately, please provide photos of any damage to the outer box. If you order arrives damaged, please hold on to the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Australia Post requires customers to present to a Licensed Australia Post outlet with the damaged product including all packaging for inspection. This is an Australia Post requirement and we cannot process a replacement or refund until Australia Post has verified the package in person.

ITEM LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost in transit, please be assured that the package is insured and will be replaced. In the first instance, please contact Australia Post to enquire about the location of your package. If they confirm the item has been lost, let us know and we’ll facilitate a replacement item or refund.
