The SymplBrush does not require TGA approval, and is deemed a consumer device:
(a) the only benefits claimed to result from the use of the product is consequential on improvements to oral hygiene, including for the prevention of tooth decay or the use of fluoride for the prevention of tooth decay; and
(b) benefits in relation to such other diseases or aliments, such as gum or other oral disease or periodontal condition, are not claimed to result from use of the product

If you aren’t totally satisfied with your SymplBrush, no problem! The SymplBrush can be returned
for any reason within the first 60 days of purchase. Please email us at hello@symplbrush.com.au with your name and order/invoice number to set up the return of your Starter Kit for a full refund.
If you wish to change the size of the brush, please email us to get the ball rolling.
All sales are final for replacement bristles, SymplPaste and SymplChews.
