All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery times within Australia will apply.

We offer free shipping on all orders across Australia.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal. AfterPay is now available.

 

You can also pay with NDIS funds – select pay with NDIS and our website will send you a tax invoice for claiming.

Our "love it or return it" policy

Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

If you aren’t totally satisfied with your SymplBrush Starter Kit, it can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You just need to pay for the return shipping.

Please note, all sales are final for replacement bristles and SymplChews due to hygiene reasons.

Please email us at hello@symplbrush.com.au with your name and order/invoice number to set up the return of your Starter Kit.

You need to contact us first before sending anything back. Only authorised returns are accepted.

Product & Usage FAQs

Place the brush against your upper teeth and press the button. Move the brush from side to side, allowing it to stretch to your back molars. After 15 seconds, the brush will pause—this is your cue to flip it over and repeat on the bottom teeth for 15 seconds.

You can use any toothpaste you prefer. We recommend our SymplChews, which are optimized to foam up quickly. If you use traditional toothpaste, we suggest placing a small amount directly into your mouth and spreading it with your tongue before brushing. 

From a fully drained battery, it takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge.

A full charge typically lasts for 2-4 weeks of use. The indicator light at the base will turn red when the battery has 20% charge remaining, which is when we recommend recharging it.

Just like a regular toothbrush, we recommend replacing your bristles every three months for maximum hygiene and effectiveness.

After each use, rinse the bristles under running water. Shake off excess water and store it on the magnetic stand with the bristles facing down. Once a week, we recommend separating the bristles from the motor to clean any toothpaste buildup from the cradle.

SymplBrush Australia provides a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship from your date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Important: The SymplBrush is water-resistant, not waterproof. This warranty does not cover faults caused by liquid ingress (e.g., being used in the shower or submerged).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law The benefits given by our warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to make a claim: If you believe your product is faulty, please stop using it and contact us immediately at hello@symplbrush.com.au with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
